General questions
What's included in the free trial?
Full access to all features for 7 days. No credit card required. You can explore the POS, repair tickets, inventory, CRM and every module.
Do I need special equipment?
No, RepairWorkshop works with your modern web browser, your existing network printer and barcode scanner. No installation, no dedicated hardware.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data hosted in Canada (Quebec), encrypted in transit and at rest, automatic daily backups, and compliant with Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA.
How long to get up and running?
The guided setup wizard takes a few minutes (company info, logo, taxes). Most shops are productive on day one.
Is there a contract?
No, monthly billing, cancel any time from your admin portal.
Account and billing
Is the software bilingual?
Yes. Interface, receipts and notifications available in French and English. Each user can choose their language.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page. A secure link will be emailed to you.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays safe. You can upgrade to the monthly plan ($50 CAD) at any time from the admin portal. No data loss.
Technical and support
How does support work?
Ticket system integrated directly in the application. Create a request from any page, receive answers in-app. We respond quickly to technical questions.
Can I back up my data?
Yes. Backups are automatic (daily). You can also export clients, products, repairs, invoices and reports in CSV/Excel at any time.
